Weekend All You Can Eat @ Izakaya Ichiban

Thanks to Chloe's mummy sharing a post with pictures of delicious Japanese food at her personal blog and that actually made me to organize a family gathering at Izakaya Ichiban for buffet aka all you can eat. This restaurant is located at Hartamas shopping Centre.

All food and beverages are order from the menu.

The private dining place we have got for a total of 12 adults and 5 children.

The buffet is only available on weekend, 2 sessions each day. We went for the dinner slot. They charge RM48++ for adults which is pretty reasonable price.

Basically you can need to get your order form ready and wait for the food to be served.

These are just some of the food we had...

There are many more food that we ordered and I was too busy to take picture. Too much food we had order and this could just make us eat till you drop! Overall, the buffet was  very good and satisfying.

A picture of Yan Yan. This child is free to eat as she is under 6!

Homemade Salad

I made this salad the other day. Most of the vegetables used here were bought from Cameron Highlands hence I reckon this salad is more healthier and fresh.

Yau Mak (lettuce), carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, capsicum, cranberries and walnuts salad.

For dressing I use this pure citron drink. It is a concentrated drink which my sister bought from Jusco. I also added in some lemon juice and honey. The salad is so appetizing. We all like it so much!

I am going to buy this citron drink and keep for my salad dressing. According to my sister, you can diluted by adding water to  make a drink too.

Hong Kong Disneyland Family Trip Day 4 ( Part 2)

So off we went for the city tour in the afternoon. Highlight of the day was The Peak. We took MTR from Disneyland Resort to Tsim Sha Tsui. First stop was H&M. I shopped for clothes for the kids and for myself. Then we walked to Harbour City. We let Heng Heng played animal Kaiser card machine here. Then we hopped on the Star ferry to get to Central, Hong Kong island.

Purchase token from the machine provided.
First time riding ferry, excited for Heng Heng!
The city view.
We reached Central Pier.

We Boarded the Peak Tram shuttle bus No. 15C at the Central(Near Star Ferry Pier 8) Bus Terminus to go to The Peak.

It is a Double Decker bus. Good experience for the kids as they hardly board a bus. But I must say this is not the best way to go up to The Peak. The winding road is torturing. It took us about an hour to reach to The Peak.
The kids had fun in the bus.

One of the shot taken at The Peak. It was near to evening.

Mummy and the kids.

It was on a Saturday the whole place is so packed. When we got down from the bus I already saw the long queue in which people lining up to board the bus back to the city. Walked around and we passed by the tram station and saw another long queue. I started to worry later came to our turn to go down the hill, how ya??  I decided not to stay long here. We skipped to view the night scenery. We let the kids played at the playground for a while before we board the bus back to city.We back to Central at about 8pm. The kids dozed off in the bus and I thought that was good to recharge their energy. But they still looked tired. We skipped the Harbour front and Avenue of Stars and went to Mongkok instead. Savored some street food before we headed for dinner. After dinner, we went to Ladies Street to buy toys for the kids as what we had promised them earlier.

We went back to the hotel. Weather was cold so we walked around the hotel. We also did some last minute shopping at the hotel gift shop before we called it a day.
