Hong Kong Disneyland Family Trip Day 1

We just came back from our first overseas family holiday. We have chosen  Hong Kong  because of Disneyland, a wonderful place to spend a family holiday.  I have booked our air tickets through Airasia last year. The kiddos especially Yan Yan patiently waited for this holiday and finally the travel day has arrived. The kids had the time of their lives at Disneyland.

Here is what we had paid for our holiday  ( for my own record ) :

Flight = RM1750 ( inclusive of taxes, check in baggage, meals on board and travel insurance ) 

Hotel booking = HKD5294 ( 4 nights stay at Disney's Hollywood Hotel) in which I booked online from Zuji .

 Disneyland 2-day ticket  for  2 adults and 2 kids = RM520 ( Matta Fair promotion)


We boarded flight AK1658 ( flight delayed 1 hour )  and arrived Hong Kong International Airport around 6.30pm.

We took taxi to the hotel costs HKD120.

This is the hotel room that we stayed here for 4 nights. No complaint at all for this Disney theme hotel as the room is new, clean and spacious, it is a bonus for kids that the room is equipped with Disney channel and bath tub ( my kiddos favorite )

We took Disney resort MTR to Tsing Yi station ( 2 stops away from Disney Resort Station). We went to Maritime Square which
 is located on top of Tsing Yi MTR Station. The children were tired so we only visit a supermarket called Taste in Maritime Square. We bought spring water, packed our late dinner and some local snacks back to hotel.

Smart or Jealous

This is just for my remembrance...

Heng Heng likes to 'compare' my attentions and loves shower towards my kids.

Scenario : Two kids were having a hard time cleaning the mess on the floor with all toys and flash cards.

I gave Yan Yan A kiss on her cheek to cheer her up so she could do her work faster. She then show off to Heng Heng that mummy kissed her.

Heng Heng came to me then..

Heng Heng : Mummy, can you kiss me TWO TIMES?

Mummy gave her two muacks muacks. He is proud to tell his jie jie he has got two KISSES!!!!

What a SMART JEALOUS boy, hahaha!

There is once I asked Ving Yan to pass me my tumbler. The JEALOUS boy came to me with his angry face and asked me why I asked Yan Yan to pass the bottle and not him... He claimed that I don't love him simple because I didn't want him to help me.

Little little things like this can turn him down. Sometimes he would make drama and say no body 'sayang' him.

Stay 4 Nights and Get Last Night Free @ HK Disney's Hollywood Hotel

Our long waited holiday is approaching! We are flying soon :)  I still like to browse and get update on the hotel accommodation deals though I have settle with my hotel booking not long ago. Last weekend when I was browsing AirasiaGo website and I was pretty excited to see the deal of stay 4 nights and get last night free @ HK Disney's Hollywood Hotel. This is the best deal I have seen so far, better than what it is offering in HK Disneyland website.

For those we are planning for a Hong Kong trip to Disneyland, you may consider this promotion.

PETRONAS StreetSmart & Mickey's Safety Club Showcase

Last month we get to invite to attend PETRONAS StreetSmart & Mickey's Safety Club Showcase. Though the session is open to public, there are a couple of activities reserved only for mommy bloggers and the children. Judy and son, Terry tagged along. It was good to let our children to learn about safety on the road. The event was full with program such as learn and play at the exhibition hall , special Mickey Mouse Safety Club showcase, coloring session, lucky draw and more.
