To prepare this dish, I will need 2-3 whole bulbs of this garlic, I have no idea what its name, it is a type of garlic with darker color in its skin. Easy to get at wet market or night market.
other ingredients :
1. Pork Belly ( 600g-1000g)
2. Soy sauce
3. Dark soy sauce
4. 3/4-1 tsp of salt
5. 3/4-1 tsp of sugar
7. 70-100 ml water
6. Hard boiled eggs (optional)
I repeat, it is very easy to cook this dish. All you need to do is put all the ingredients ( except the eggs) in a pot. Turn your stove heat to the minimum and start to simmer the meat for about 2 hours or until the porks are tender. Add in the eggs. No oil is required. You may add a little more water if the gravy dries up too much.
Yummy! Yummy!
